Job Duties

As a member of the Personal Banking and Small Business team, you will use your knowledge of financial products and services to help clients meet their everyday banking needs. As a Customer Service Representative, whether it's answering questions, helping clients complete a transaction, or proactively connecting clients with the team members best suited to meet their needs, you will provide first-line support to clients in achieving their financial goals. You must be able to work during the opening hours of the bank branches, including evenings and weekends. To promote the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, you must be able to work at different bank branches located at a reasonable distance.
