Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) combines the coverage of large corporations with leading expertise in financing and advisory within a single team.

Overview of GLBA: We offer our issuer clients (corporations, financial institutions, public sector) capital raising solutions, as well as structured financing solutions and coverage of commodity, currency, and interest rate risks. Through the development of bespoke products and strategic advisory (equity structure advice, financing schemes and capital markets), based on our global expertise and deep sector knowledge, we seek to meet their financing needs. We are a leading player on the euro bond markets and have received numerous international awards over the years as a global leader in export, project, as well as natural resources and energy financing.

Overview of Credit Portfolio Management (CPM): The CPM manages the assets held within GLBA. The CPM is structured around three pillars: (i) corporations (investment grade and non-investment grade), (ii) real assets (real estate, energy, infrastructure, etc.), and (iii) financial assets (capital call facilities, intermediate market loans, etc.). The CPM actively manages the GLBA portfolio to maximize profitability and contribute to generating investment banking ideas in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets (ECM), and leveraged finance for new transactions.
