Here are your responsibilities as a Meat Clerk

  • Prepare, arrange and place various products in refrigerated displays and counters according to Super C's standards and requirements.
  • Apply marketing standards (product rotation, expiration date tracking, packaging as needed, etc.) and inventory management standards.
  • Know and apply sanitation standards: hygiene, cleanliness, health and safety within the department.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests, efficiently and courteously.
  • Apply standards for the arrangement and maintenance of refrigerators in the back room.
