CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - FABREVILLE JOB INFORMATION: Work location: Fabreville
Start date: Immediate
Contract type: Full-time Permanent

- Provide superior customer service
- Be able to manage multiple files simultaneously and prioritize tasks
- Show diligence and attention to detail
- Enjoy and participate in teamwork
- Master computer skills (use of Office 365 and electronic file management software)
- Have good adaptation and learning abilities
- Have experience in a similar position (an asset)
- Language: French written and spoken

- Ensure the reception, both by phone and at the reception desk, of patients and other visitors in rehabilitation and medical clinics
- Promote the company and the quality of treatments offered to clients
- Effectively apply the company's operational procedures
- Perform follow-up calls with clients
- Inform the client about the services offered and provide information on the progress of treatments or administrative procedures of their file
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the schedules of different interveners
- Participate in the smooth functioning of the clinic
- Open files and enter various data into the computer system in patients' files
- Bill and collect payment for visits
- Ensure the transmission of calls and messages
- All related tasks
