What you will do

Plan and establish short- and medium-term objectives, activities, and development projects for the residence, as well as human resources, financial, and technical needs to ensure the achievement of set goals in accordance with the business plan.

Achieve, through supported teamwork, the residence's objectives by embodying the organization's values and ensuring coordinated management through regular meetings with its managers.

Supervise the residence's accounting activities (reports, billing, collection, etc.).

Ensure, at the general administration level of the residence, that an effective service is provided to residents, address problems, in accordance with existing policies and procedures.

In collaboration with the leasing advisor, ensure proactive management regarding the marketing of offered services, either through targeted advertising or involvement in the community to achieve good visibility and maximize the occupancy rate. Also, monitor the competition to adjust the service offer.

Mobilize and manage your team, assign tasks, and periodically evaluate their performance. Advise your managers in supervising their staff.

Keep your knowledge up-to-date regarding developments in the field of retirement residences and the laws governing this industry.

Determine the training or skill development needs of your team's personnel to enable them to acquire or update the necessary knowledge to perform their tasks or meet new needs.

What you will need
