Assistant-Team Chef

The Assistant-Team Chef assists the management team in executing and supervising the store's daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining an organized and efficient environment.

Daily Tasks (without limitation)

• Assist the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Pack and unpack boxes for daily shipments.
• Place merchandise on shelves.
• Climb ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure compliance with store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage money and open/close the store as needed.
• Track assigned tasks.
• Perform manager's tasks: ensure daily breaks are taken and attendance is recorded.
• Participate in the hiring and performance evaluation process.

What You Need to Succeed

• One (1) year of experience in retail.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory role.
• High availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Ability to effectively organize time and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, team spirit, and organizational sense.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
• Customer service-oriented.
