We are looking for a passionate person in fashion and management to help lead our Galeries de la Capitale store. As an assistant store manager, you will have the opportunity to embody these values by supporting the manager with respect, sharing your passion for fashion, collaborating closely with your colleagues, and bringing innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Maximize store performance through effective staff training and management of all operational aspects of the store;
• Operate the store to optimize sales and encourage employees to meet their sales targets;
• Assist the manager in recruitment, hiring, and training a productive and effective sales team;
• Ensure the merchandise is presented attractively, in accordance with established guidelines;
• Ensure that merchandise care and maintenance standards are met;
• Contribute to team motivation;
• Continuously apply and enforce internal rules and policies to prevent losses.
