The Revenu Québec Financing and Treasury Service is a team of more than 12 people who contribute every day to ensuring the organization's financing.

By evolving within this team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to tackle stimulating challenges, such as completing or renewing a service agreement, determining the cost of revenue, and pricing the services offered to several ministries and organizations. Your daily life at Revenu Québec

As an Agreement Management, Pricing, and Cost of Revenue Advisor, you will need to

  • establish and communicate the cost of revenue and pricing of services;
  • annually determine the cost of revenue parameters and indexing parameters;
  • invoice agreements according to their specific financial modalities and monitor them;
  • respond to various requests from authorities, managers, or any other government body;
  • develop and draft service agreements, negotiate, coordinate activities aimed at concluding or renewing service agreements;
  • collaborate with the various general directions of the organization, including the General Direction of Legislation, as well as with the client ministries and organizations.

The prerequisites

To join our team, you must

  • hold

+ either a bachelor's degree or equivalent, in one of the following fields or any other field deemed relevant:

  • finance,
  • accounting,
  • administration (accounting or finance profile),
  • economics;

+ or a bachelor's degree in any other field and have at least one year of relevant experience;

  • have two years of relevant professional experience in cost of revenue, financial analysis, or accounting.
  • The following could be considered as assets:
  • being a member of the Order of Professional Accountants of Quebec (CPA);
  • having the ability to collaborate with a diverse clientele as well as external partners, such as ministries and organizations or financial and legislative institutions.
  • Additional information

You must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit in Canada.

If you obtained your degree outside of Canada, you must attach a copy of the comparative study evaluation issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration to your online application.
