Your role:

The Financial Director plays a strategic role within the organization and acts as a business partner to the senior management. He/she is responsible for the financial orientation of the company, the management of financial performance and the continuous improvement of processes. He/she supervises the financial team and ensures the solidity of management practices, while actively contributing to strategic decisions and structural projects of the organization.

Your contribution: 1. Financial Strategy and Business Partnership *This section covers visionary aspects, long-term planning, and the role of strategic consulting.*

  • Define and drive the organization's financial strategy in collaboration with senior management.
  • Manage the company's treasury and ensure optimal planning of cash flows.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning and the annual budgeting process.
  • Ensure rigorous financial analysis of growth projects and business opportunities.
  • Act as a key business partner to support operational decisions.
  • Actively contribute to the organization's structural projects (ex: 2026 acquisition plans).
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize profitability.
  • 2. Operational Management and Governance

  • Supervise the entire complete accounting cycle of the organization.
  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial data through rigorous processes.

  • Ensure tax and regulatory compliance, including cross-border issues (Canada / USA).
  • Supervise, coach, and develop the financial department and its members.
