As a Team Lead or Team Leader, Accounting and Financial Transactions, your role involves managing an accounting and financial team, leveraging your skills to make quality decisions and optimize work processes. You are responsible for the service offering and the development and implementation of the action plan. Your ability to develop talent and achieve results allows you to effectively manage people and performance, ensure accountability, and ensure the satisfaction of members and clients. More specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Supporting the hierarchical superior with contributions related to work organization and planning of operational activities of their unit
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring an action plan for their administrative unit in line with the company's strategic orientations and integrated with other administrative units, within a performance management context
- Establishing practices of management and communication that promote change management, talent attraction and retention, skill development, engagement, and diversity, in line with the company's values
- Defining and implementing activities related to the service offering of their unit to maximize business results and ensure the satisfaction of members and clients
- Managing individual and team performance in support of the implementation of their administrative unit's action plan
- Attesting to controls
- Implementing synergies and new activity integrations
- Implementing information security initiatives
- Being involved in projects
- Addressing complex issues and multidisciplinary team cases
- Operationalizing accounting standards

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- CPA designation
- French language proficiency required
- Intermediate English language proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with anglophone partners or clients
