Main Responsibilities

Administration and Finance

  • Perform routine administrative and financial operations

  • Participate in billing, payroll preparation, and administrative follow-ups
  • Perform certain reconciliations, data entries, and accounting verifications
  • Track accounts payable and accounts receivable

Customer Accounts and Collection

  • Perform payment follow-ups
  • Collect payments from customers
  • Maintain up-to-date customer files
  • Participate in improving receivables-related processes

Customer File Management

  • Create, modify, and update customer accounts
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of information
