As an Accounting and Finance Technician, you will actively participate in the daily management of the organization's accounting and financial operations. You will contribute to ensuring the accuracy of financial data, compliance with deadlines, and continuous improvement of administrative and accounting processes.

Remote work offered and possibility of working from our offices located in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu or Quebec.

Responsibilities related to the position

  • Follow-up of customer and supplier accounts;
  • Perform invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial follow-ups;
  • Participate in the production of financial reports and end-of-month reports;
  • Support payroll and social benefits operations;
  • Participate in the preparation of budgets and verification files;
  • Perform intercompany follow-ups and reconciliations;
  • Collaborate on the improvement of administrative and accounting processes;
  • Support the team in various administrative and financial tasks.

Requirements and education

  • DEC in accounting, finance, or administration;
  • Relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent mastery of Excel and proficiency with technological tools and computer systems;
  • Strong interest in process optimization and the use of new technologies;
  • Rigor, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
  • Team spirit and good communication skills.
