What you will do daily

• Participate in the design and fabrication of tools and equipment to optimize production
• Collaborate on various continuous improvement and automation projects
• Contribute to the development of new mechanical equipment and solutions
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on production equipment
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure operational reliability

What we are looking for

• DEP in industrial mechanics, industrial maintenance, or electromechanical
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent welding skills
• Experience with conventional machine tools (lathe and milling machine)
• Good mechanical sense and ability to design practical solutions
• Resourcefulness, autonomy, and diagnostic ability
• Team spirit and good communication skills
