We are looking for a Project Controller (PCO) to join our specialized team in Integrated Project Services, composed of engaged and passionate people. In this role, you will be at the heart of the performance of our various multidisciplinary projects, ensuring rigorous project, schedule, and cost management while fostering proactive collaboration with all stakeholders. Your expertise will help optimize timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution, directly contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Establish project performance tracking and control systems (KPIs, S-curves, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ensure the rigor of budget forecasts, financial commitment tracking, and variance
  • Supervise schedule planning (WBS, milestones, critical paths) and their consistency with budgets
  • Produce performance and progress reports for senior management or public clients
  • Collaborate on change management and impact assessment

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Master's degree in project management, an asset
  • Member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ) or the Order of Architects of Quebec (OAQ)
  • PMP certification, an asset
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in project control and planning in the construction domain
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in scheduling and planning software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, partners, and members of each community at the national scale.
