Job Mission
Reporting to the Director of Operations and Compliance, this role provides essential support for the smooth functioning of insurance and investment operations. It ensures quality control and uniformity and is a key role in customer service.
Job Responsibilities
You will, for example, be responsible for:
- Receiving advisor requests and initiating the various processes that follow
- Processing and verifying operations until completion
- Entering and updating information into internal systems
- Producing, transmitting, and filing forms related to changes
- Preparing electronic DocuSign submissions
- Maintaining liaison with suppliers, clients, and external partners
- Receiving and prioritizing first-line communications (calls and emails)
- Collaborating with the team to ensure rigorous case tracking
- Participating in various assignments and proposing improvement ideas to optimize internal processes
- Maintaining a professional and effective customer experience
- Complying with data confidentiality and security standards
Desired Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in the financial services field
- AEC/DEC in administration, finance, or related field
- Excellent written and spoken French
- Good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in the Office suite and technological ease
- Being autonomous, reliable, methodical, and structured
- Having rigor and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team
- Capacity to manage priorities and volume
