Accounting Technician (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About Us

Covibro is a company specializing in the manufacture of wooden structural components. We are looking for an organized, meticulous, and autonomous accounting technician to fill a maternity leave replacement position.

Main Responsibilities

• Process customer invoicing;
• Manage customer accounts (accounts receivable) and track payments;
• Manage vendor accounts (accounts payable) and prepare payments;
• Handle deposits and payment collections;
• Track and reconcile inventories;
• Process employee payroll in accordance with deadlines;
• Maintain up-to-date accounting files and ensure effective filing;
• Perform various related administrative tasks.
• Desired Profile
• DEC in accounting or other relevant training;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Experience with accounting software (SImple Comptable or equivalent, an asset);
• Sense of organization, autonomy, meticulousness, and discretion;
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and meet deadlines.
