Our areas of activity include packaging, industrial subcontracting, retail (La Source des Aubaines), and the production of essential oils (Les Cèdres Recyclés).

Under the supervision of the Director of Finance, the Accounting Technician participates in all accounting operations of the organization. They contribute to the smooth functioning of the Finance Department by performing the activities of the complete accounting cycle.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform operations related to vendor and customer accounts.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Participate in the reconciliation of ledger and balance sheet accounts.
- Participate in end-of-month accounting entries.
- Collaborate on the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Prepare government reports (GST, QST, IFTA, and other required reports).
- Participate in payroll processing and related accounting entries.
- Maintain up-to-date tracking and analysis tables in Excel.
- Participate in the preparation of the annual dossier for external auditors.
- Collaborate on the continuous improvement of work methods and administrative processes.
- Perform any other tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.
- Required Qualifications:
- DEC in accounting and management techniques or equivalent training.
- One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good understanding of the complete accounting cycle.
- Good proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of an ERP software (Business Central is an asset).

- Working Conditions:
- Permanent position: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, daytime)
