About the Position: The Management Control Analyst presents the operational site results to the plant managers and performs the necessary analyses to ensure the profitability of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare yield analyses, performance indicators, and plant expense tracking. Participate in the monthly financial close process.
• Assist plant managers in developing budgets, economic projects, cost of new products, and calculate the impact of business opportunities on profit margins and profitability.
• Present and communicate reliable, detailed, and division-standardized financial information to plant management.
• Provide support and formulate recommendations regarding action and improvement plans.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of new management tools for the site. Propose improvements to the support measures of analyses (tools, method, and process).

What You Will Bring

• University degree in business administration, CPA designation an asset
• At least three years of experience in a management accounting position or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food processing industry, an asset
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks and tight deadlines
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with an integrated management software (SAP)

Compensation:

In line with our commitment to equity, trust, and transparency, and our ambition to be a top employer, the base salary range for this position is between $70,100 and $87,600+.

Note: In addition to a complete set of social benefits, your actual base salary will be fair, competitive, and based on your skills, experience, and qualifications.

Pay: $70,000.00-$87,600.00 per year
