Prevost , a division of Groupe Volvo Canada Inc., is currently looking for a

Service Controller, North America , for its plant in

Ste-Claire or its site in

Sainte-Foy.

What You Will Do

• As a
• Service Controller

, you will be responsible for supporting the company's Service Network Manager, located throughout North America. You will work closely to ensure compliance with the organization's financial procedures and policies. The location of the position is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-month processes, including report production and analysis. Ensure the reliability of financial information and resolve issues as needed.
• Timely and quality reporting from various sites;
• Develop and track KPIs;
• Investigate significant deviations compared to the previous period and/or the last estimate and implement corrective actions as needed;
• Assist in the development and implementation of new analysis tools;
• Direct support and training to the operational team – (financial acumen);
• Collaborate and share best practices with the entire network;
• Various technical tasks;
• Participate in the budgeting process and estimates.
• Collaborate with the Regional Controller.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or administration;
• Combination of relevant experience and training;
• CPA title, or other professional title considered an asset;
• Bilingual (English and French);
• Expert in the Office suite, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint;
• Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, or Power BI (asset);
• Innovative problem-solving skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Ability to organize and manage priorities in a constantly evolving context;
• Ability to work effectively in a team, customer orientation, continuous improvement, and passion for your field!
