Cintas is seeking a Production Director to lead a team of production partners and supervisors, as well as manage all aspects of a fast-paced industrial laundry.
Responsibilities include budget control, health and safety, production flow management, material cost management, wastewater management, and departmental profit and loss management; motivating, training, and directing production supervisors and workers.
This is a high-level management position with key management responsibilities and the obligation to report on results.
Required
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including bending, stretching, twisting, and repeatedly lifting objects.
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Preferred
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production supervision
- Experience with profit and loss accounts and budgeting
- Availability to start within two weeks following offer acceptance.
