What you will contribute

• Scheduling: Develop reference schedules, integrate tasks, key milestones, and dependencies with the input from project managers and engineers;
• Tracking and updates: Continuously monitor actual progress against the plan, identifying variances and potential impacts;
• Communication: Inform stakeholders, team members, and clients about the status of the schedule, updates, and potential delays;
• Risk mitigation: Identify potential risks related to planning and facilitate the implementation of solutions or corrective measures;
• Coordination: Harmonize activities among different services and disciplines, ensuring resource availability;
• Reporting: Provide progress reports and forecasts to management.

What sets you apart

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and professional experience;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project planner or project manager with proven experience in project planning and leadership;
• Detail-oriented and capable of collaborating on multiple projects simultaneously;
• Bilingual: French and English with excellent communication skills (oral and written);
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent project planning software (e.g., P6);
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills;
• Ability to track and organize information and communications effectively to ensure project-related issues are addressed promptly and correctly;
• Ability to travel to various client sites across Canada and the United States;
• PMP certification is an asset.
