Your Role:

Payroll Administration

  • Enter, validate, and update payroll data for approximately twenty client groups.
  • Support various activities associated with payroll administration and processing.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to update employee files and data in various systems.
  • Assist the HR team in collecting, validating, and transmitting the information required for payroll processing.
  • Produce salary review letters and ensure their administrative follow-up.
  • Respond to user requests and provide first or second-level functional support regarding payroll.

Benefits Administration

  • Process and administratively follow up on group insurance and pension plan files.
  • Support employees and managers regarding group insurance and the pension plan.
  • Process memberships, modifications, and terminations of participation in various plans.
  • Ensure the accuracy and updating of information with providers and in systems.
  • Answer user questions and perform necessary research and follow-ups.
  • Validate vendor invoices and perform required financial checks.

Functional Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Collect, analyze, and document client and HR team requests and needs.
  • Conduct functional analyses, identify issues, and contribute to the implementation of appropriate solutions.
  • Document and update processes, procedures, guides, and reference tools.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, systems, and work practices.
  • Conduct audits and controls to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data.
  • Identify anomalies, implement necessary corrections, and perform follow-ups.
  • Produce reports, dashboards, operational analyses, and management indicators.

Support for Employees and the HR Team

  • Collaborate closely with the HR agent by clearly and diligently transmitting the information needed to update and administratively follow up on employee files.
  • Work closely with the HR team to perform the various updates required in files or systems under the responsibility of the Human Resources Management Department.
  • Provide training, support, and functional assistance to users.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and the uniform application of processes.
  • Provide a professional, rigorous, and efficient customer service.
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform any other tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of the service.

Your Profile

  • University certificate in administration, accounting, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including practical experience in group insurance administration and other benefits.
  • Excellent French language skills, both oral and written.
  • Professional in Compliance of Payroll (PCP) title, obtained or in the process of being obtained, an asset.
  • Very good knowledge of an automated payroll system.
  • Good knowledge of the Workday system, an important asset.
  • Excellent Excel software skills.
  • Sense of priorities, rigor, and meticulousness.
  • Autonomy, judgment, and discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide fast and efficient service.
