Your responsibilities as a Bakery Manager

  • Plan and coordinate service activities to achieve sales and profitability goals set by the director, while respecting the applicable collective agreement;
  • Ensure the store is ready to receive customers regarding the quantity of merchandise, product labeling, rotation of perishable goods, and ordering of missing products;
  • Organize team work according to operational needs;
  • Ensure the team provides the best customer experience;
  • Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, and marketing;
  • Apply policies and procedures, comply with government hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety standards, and ensure they are uniformly applied by all employees in the department;
