Machine Operator

Role Overview

The adjuster is responsible for preparing the components of the envelope production machine according to the specific order. Upon entry, he or she is paired with an experienced operator to receive the appropriate training to perform their functions. The company is committed to providing complete operator training.

Functions

• Repair, adjust, and set up production machines according to the specifications required for manufacturing
• Work with various tools (manual, mechanical, or others)
• Work safely
• Perform any other related tasks

Requirements

• Ability to diagnose and solve mechanical problems
• Basic mechanical knowledge (an asset)
• Ability to read measuring devices
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work alone or in a team
• Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and resourcefulness
• French is essential

Working Conditions

• Night shift from 10:25 PM to 6:10 AM.
