GENERAL FUNCTION

The Store Manager is a sales floor leader who not only executes all store functions but also serves as a coach and role model for the team. They coach, develop, and inspire associates so that everyone in the store becomes a true Sunglass Hut brand ambassador.

The Store Manager creates an environment where everyone delivers exceptional service through the Sunglass Hut Experience.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uses the Sunglass Hut Experience tools to consistently achieve sales plans and company objectives.
• Drives sales by continuously identifying opportunities to achieve both personal and store goals.
• Leads by example by coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to improve store performance.
• Believes that people work for people—uses this philosophy to develop careers, foster teamwork, and retain top talent in a growth-focused environment.
• Networks, recruits, hires based on staffing needs, and trains new associates using the Sunglass Hut onboarding tools and programs.
• Inspires team growth through individual development plans.
• Creates an inspiring and motivating work environment that reflects the integrity of the Sunglass Hut brand.
• Builds an EMOTIONAL CONNECTION within the store team that drives sales and ensures every associate consistently delivers the Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Continuously coaches and develops the team to ensure consistent and flawless execution of the Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Builds lasting customer relationships through meaningful interactions and feedback.
• Acts as a Sunglass Hut brand ambassador.
• Builds the Sunglass Hut brand by consistently upholding brand standards.
• Continuously strengthens product knowledge and stays curious about new products and fashion trends.
• Ensures flawless execution of operational policies and procedures while maintaining brand standards.
• Communicates promotions, contests, and incentive programs to the team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of retail store operations.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to ensure flawless execution of operational store standards.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
