Our Corporate Services division offers an exciting new opportunity to join the Sodexo team as a Banquet Supervisor, Customer Experience - Corporate Services for a prestigious client located downtown in Montreal. Two full-time positions to fill.

The impact you will have:

• Supervision of all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service for our clients (catering, floor service, ...).
• Work closely with the general manager and executive chef to coordinate and execute a variety of restaurant events, from daily corporate lunches to special events, meetings, and the maintenance of office workspaces and employee cafes.
• Attend daily meetings to ensure client alignment and satisfaction.
• Supervise and assist in the scheduling, training, and performance of restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure daily logistics and room setups for meetings and events.
• Monitor restaurant trends and industry best practices to continuously improve our services.
• Maintain accurate records of restaurant expenses, revenue, and customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are strictly followed by all personnel working on event preparation and the day of the event.

What you need to succeed

• Degree in hotel management, culinary arts, or a related field.
• Confirmed experience (2 years or more) in team management, preferably in a hotel, corporate environment, and
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for customer experience.
