Production Operator - Evening Shift

The production operator is responsible for the production of solid dosage forms using specialized equipment, transforming raw materials into finished products according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and equipment for weighing ingredients and production according to established procedures.
• Perform all production operations (weighing, mixing, granulation, drying, compression, encapsulation, and coating).
• Conduct weighings.
• Perform SAP transactions.
• Carry out in-process tests (weight, hardness, thickness, disintegration, LOD, etc.).
• Complete production records, document, and perform inventory, calculate yield, justify rejected quantities.
• Clean equipment and rooms as required.
• Participate in the writing and updating of work instructions.
• Act as a trainer when necessary.
• Apply applicable safety standards, GMPs, and internal regulations.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Excellent knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Good mechanical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a team.
• Basic computer skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Environment

• Move barrels of raw materials for weighing (50 kg).
• Move equipment (50 kg).

Experience

##### More than 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing techniques (assembly, disassembly, and handling of equipment).
