Immigration Coordinator

Under the supervision of the HR Manager and team development, the immigration coordinator provides support to the sector team by completing forms and conducting research.

Prepare, enter, and review forms on the computer;

Coordinate the flow of information internally and with other organizations;

Produce correspondence and certain administrative documents such as letters, emails, etc.;

Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure they comply with legal procedures and grammatical usage;

Digitize documents;

Handle various mailings to Canada and abroad;

Provide courteous and personalized service to clients;

Perform any other related tasks.

Required Skills: DEC in Immigration Consultant or equivalent relevant experience;

Knowledge of Office 365 Suite;

Autonomy, diligence, and attention to detail are necessary for this position;

Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
