Description

Franchise Business Consultant — Quebec Market Development *Build a Brand. Coach a Team. Own a Market.*

Are you a franchise operations expert with deep roots in the Quebec market? Do you thrive at the intersection of coaching franchise partners to greatness and building a brand in a community you love? If you're energized by the idea of owning a market — not just managing a territory — we want to meet you.

Booster Juice is Canada's original juice and smoothie bar, a trailblazer in the health and wellness space for over two decades. With a coast-to-coast presence and a passionate customer base, we're a lifestyle brand built on bold flavour, quality ingredients, and vibrant energy. And now, we're growing in Quebec.

With three locations currently operating in Montreal and a target of six by year-end, this is a defining moment for our Quebec expansion. We're looking for a Franchise Business Consultant — Quebec Market Development who will be at the centre of it all: developing our franchise partners, deepening our community roots, and helping build the brand presence that makes long-term success in the province possible.

This full-time, permanent, field-based role is based in Greater Montreal, QC, with regular travel throughout Quebec.

The Opportunity

This isn't a typical FBC role. As our Quebec CBB, you have a distinctive dual mandate. In your primary role, you will act as a full-fledged franchise consultant — coaching, auditing, and developing your portfolio of assigned Quebec franchise partners to operational excellence. In your secondary role, you will be Booster Juice's frontline brand ambassador in Quebec — strengthening brand awareness, community engagement, and market growth that will realize our expansion vision.

You will be Booster Juice's most visible presence in the province. You will speak the language, know the market, and represent our brand with authenticity — in both official languages.

Key Responsibilities

Franchise Partner Operational Development

  • Act as the primary on-the-ground contact and coach for assigned Quebec franchise partners, performing regular store visits and structured business evaluations
  • Conduct quarterly Brand Promise Report (BPR) audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and operational protocols
  • Analyze store-level performance and value data, as well as KPIs (SPLH, COGS, sales trends) to identify performance gaps and develop collaborative improvement plans
  • Guide franchise partners in the implementation of corporate initiatives, new product launches, and system changes
  • Facilitate the onboarding and setup of new Quebec franchise partners, including practical support for training during store openings
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships founded on mutual respect, accountability, and shared commitment to brand excellence

Quebec Brand Ambassador and Market Development

  • Act as Booster Juice's primary brand representative in the Quebec market, fostering brand awareness, community connection, and affinity
  • Collaborate with the national marketing team to develop and execute localized marketing strategies tailored to the Quebec culture and consumer preferences
  • Identify and participate in community events, trade shows, festivals, and sponsorship opportunities where Booster Juice can increase its visibility through presence, sampling, and engagement
  • Establish relationships with local radio stations, digital influencers, community organizations, and media to generate earned brand visibility
  • Stimulate restaurant and group ordering opportunities by reaching out to local businesses, corporate offices, fitness studios, clinics, and universities
  • Gather and synthesize Quebec market intelligence — consumer trends, competitive activity, local preferences — and report findings to regional marketing and operations leadership
  • Champion the Booster Juice brand story in French, ensuring all community communications appropriately reflect the Quebec cultural context
  • Act as an internal expert on relevant local and provincial regulations for Booster Juice operations

Business Performance and Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze sales trends, traffic trends, and operational performance metrics across the Quebec portfolio to identify growth opportunities
  • Support franchise partners in developing action plans to improve commercial sales, manage labor costs, and optimize COGS
  • Prepare and present regular performance updates and market evolution reports to regional leadership
  • Contribute to store feasibility analysis and site-level recommendations as the Quebec market develops

Training and Compliance

  • Ensure all Quebec franchise partner teams are trained and compliant with brand standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures
  • Provide training in both French and English as needed, adapting materials for a bilingual audience
  • Identify training gaps and collaborate with the national training manager to develop or adapt resources for Quebec operators
  • Support franchise partners in resolving non-compliances and developing corrective action plans within established timelines

Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

  • Serve as a bilingual bridge between Quebec franchise partners and the national corporate team, ensuring clear and culturally appropriate communication in both official languages
  • Provide timely field reports, visit summaries, and market updates to regional leadership
  • Collaborate interfunctionally with marketing, training, IT, finance, and human resources and culture to facilitate the deployment of national programs in Quebec
  • Represent the voice of Quebec franchise partners in discussions with national leadership, advocating for market-specific needs when appropriate
