In this context, we are looking for an industrial engineer to work with our clients in the center of Quebec and Estrie. You will be called upon to address a variety of issues related to the performance of operations.

Your Role

At the heart of interactions between engineering, production, and continuous improvement, you will address concrete issues for our clients.

  • Support client companies in implementing continuous improvement and Lean solutions;
  • Participate in manufacturing strategies through the diagnosis of operations and the definition of the future vision;
  • Use industrial engineering tools to design and optimize production lines;
  • Reduce waste in the context of layout optimization or plant layout;
  • Participate in Kaizen workshops and simulations of operations and material flows;
  • Participate in cross-functional projects.
  • Desired Profile

We are looking for a profile that is both proficient in the basics and tools of industrial engineering but with a great capacity for listening and relationship building.

More specifically:

  • A degree in industrial engineering or operations and logistics engineering;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing;
  • Proficiency in project management and its tools;
  • Familiarity with digital and computer systems (ERP);
  • Good analytical and structuring skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple subjects in parallel and navigate complexity;
  • Excellent adaptability;
  • Mobility required across different client sites;
  • Proficiency in French and functional English required to interact with partners, suppliers, and clients outside Quebec as well as to consult technical documentation in English.
