The successful candidate will play a key role in managing parts and inventory while ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality support for our production and service operations.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Parts Clerk / Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, and managing inventory, as well as preparing parts and materials required for production and service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
  • Store, organize, and properly identify parts, tools, and materials.
  • Prepare orders for production, service technicians, and customers.
  • Maintain inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts.
  • Participate in annual and periodic physical inventory counts.
  • Coordinate procurement requests with suppliers as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Use inventory management systems and ERP software to accurately track stock.
  • Work closely with the Purchasing, Production, and Service departments.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
  • Package and ship parts and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or relevant training in logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
  • Valid driver's licence.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Forklift certification is considered an asset.
