Salary: $36,000 to $42,000 CAD per year, depending on experience

Full-time permanent position · 35 hours/week · Montreal · On-site

Your role

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will oversee all workshop operations, driven by two key missions:

• Ensure that every product that passes through your hands meets the kotmo promise
• Monitor customer deadlines and our environmental commitments in every shipment
• Your responsibilities

Receiving and Shipping

• Welcome carriers and verify received and shipped orders
• Create shipping documents according to established procedures
• Prepare packaging and proceed with shipments

Quality Control

• Ensure and document the quality control of received products according to the established procedure

Inventory

• Manage physical inventory and computer entries
• Perform quarterly inventories

Preparation and Assembly, Other

• Prepare retail orders (B2C) and assemble individual gift sets
• Maintain the workshop clean and organized on a daily basis
• Support the Operations Manager in all related tasks

What we're looking for

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of detail
• Team spirit and collaborative attitude
• Respect for procedures and reliability
• Good command of written and spoken French
• Ability to work on your feet and handle loads up to 40 lbs
