The Integrated Services team brings together the teams of Finance, Communications and Marketing, Human Resources, Legal Services, and Facilities Management. We support the company in achieving its goals through strong technical capabilities. We deliver services through the skills of our employees, our methodologies, and our systems.
Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Regional Learning and Development Manager to join our Talent Development team in Montreal (Quebec).

The primary Regional Learning Manager will play a key role in deploying learning and development initiatives across the ECA region. You will collaborate with business leaders and multidisciplinary teams to offer innovative learning solutions that promote performance, engagement, and talent development.
Your Responsibilities
Learning Strategy and Consultation
- Collaborate with the Learning, Talent Development, Human Resources teams, and business partners to ensure a harmonious planning and deployment of training programs in the region.
- Conduct needs analyses, gather stakeholder requirements, and formulate tailored recommendations to address business challenges.
- Develop high-level design documents to guide learning solutions.
- Act as a consultant to business leaders on learning and development.
Design and Deployment of Learning Solutions
- Design, develop, and implement innovative and multimodal learning solutions.
- Develop communication strategies, change management plans, and associated evaluation mechanisms for training initiatives.
- Ensure a high-quality learning experience that fosters the adoption and engagement of learners.
- Supervise or coordinate the deployment of programs to ensure effective and timely delivery.
- Facilitate or moderate training, workshops, and learning sessions as needed.
Program Management and Compliance
- Monitor the progress of training projects and programs and produce the required reports.
- Manage and analyze training expenses and skill development investments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to the Act promoting the development and recognition of workers' skills (1% Act).
- Collect, analyze, and present the results of training evaluations to measure the impact of initiatives.
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate with training coordinators and Learning Management System (LMS) administrators to ensure effective program execution.
- Support planning, logistics, registration, and distribution activities for training materials.
- Promote learning programs through various internal communication channels.
Continuous Improvement and Function Advocacy
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve programs and processes.
- Lead or support special projects aimed at evolving Hatch's learning and development practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and relevant professional networks.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in learning experience design, leadership development, integration, mentoring, and learning analytics.
What You Bring to This Role
- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field; a professional certification or equivalent experience in learning and development is an asset.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in planning, managing, and delivering complex and multimodal learning solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple business partners and executives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

- Bilingualism is essential for this role, as you will regularly collaborate with leaders, business partners, and employees outside of Quebec while supporting the deployment of learning programs across the ECA region and within Hatch's global network.
