You will be on a maternity leave replacement position for a duration of 11 months. You will be supervised by the branch manager. Description of your responsibilities: You will play an essential role in the sales process, preparing clear, accurate, and competitive submissions. Thanks to your diligence, your customer service sense, and your ability to manage details, you ensure that submissions from Quebec clients and Innomotics (Assembly) clients are processed, as well as orders for machine reconditioning (refurbishment). You place purchase orders for project suppliers. Preparing submissions and following up on them? That's your daily routine. You ensure that each offer is complete, well-structured, and sent on time. You stay in touch with the client throughout the process. A last-minute change in a request? You adapt. You coordinate adjustments with the concerned teams while maintaining the quality of the offer.

You play a support role: You support spare parts replacement management, the shipping process, purchase orders, and Min/Max management. You also play an important relational role: you maintain good relationships with customers and ensure they feel listened to, supported, and well-served — so they keep coming back to us, time and time again. Problems or questions? You're there to solve them. You ensure smooth communication, find solutions, suggest substitute products, and contribute to the overall customer experience. You actively participate in team meetings, share your ideas, and are always looking for ways to improve internal processes.

The skills and qualifications you need: * Professional or university training in logistics and transportation or equivalent or related training. * Bilingual spoken and written: English is required for communication with clients outside Quebec; * Relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment; * Good organization and adaptability to changes. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;(Excel, Word, Teams, Scheduler, PowerPoint etc..) * Knowledge of electricity, three-phase motors (an asset) * Positive attitude, customer service-oriented; * Teamwork skills, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
