Job Details: Full-time night shift.

Including all Sundays.

Your main responsibilities:

Provide the required nursing care: vital signs, injections, medication administration, dressings, and blood tests.

Contribute to the continuous assessment of residents' needs and communicate observations to the clinical team.

Ensure the follow-up of prescriptions, prescribed medications, and established protocols.

Respond to emergency situations by going to the resident's apartment and taking the necessary actions.

Participate in the welcome of new residents and maintain warm communication with them and their families.

What you bring

Be a member of the OIIAQ.

Have a RCR/first aid certification.

Minimum six (6) months of experience in nursing care.

Ability to follow clinical procedures and complete files with rigor.

Empathetic approach, listening, and willingness to build trust-based relationships.
