Description

We are looking for an SAP Project Manager to join our team of advisors at the Quebec office, within the framework of a permanent position.

This position is hybrid.

Acting as an advisor/consultant for Chrome Technologies, the candidate will intervene with our clients in the realization of the projects entrusted to them.

Tasks

We are looking for a project manager to lead the upgrade of SAP Business One, from version 9.2 to version 10, in an international and technically complex environment.

The project includes the coordination of the application migration, the renewal of certain infrastructure components, as well as the reconfiguration of the internal tools related to SAP. The upgrade of SAP will be carried out in collaboration with the integration partner.

• Plan and coordinate all activities related to the migration of SAP Business One 9.2 to version 10.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, schedule, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate work between internal teams, infrastructure teams, and the partner.
• Supervise server refresh and technical environment preparation.
• Ensure the coordination of the reconfiguration and validation of the internal "SAP Tools".
• Organize the analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live phases.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Monitor issues, decisions, scope changes, and corrective actions.
• Produce progress reports and communicate the project status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities with resources located in Canada, India, Germany, Ireland, and Brazil.
• Prepare the deployment plan, handover plan, and post-go-live stabilization activities.

Requirements

• Significant experience in ERP project management or application transformation projects.
• Experience in a SAP Business One, SAP, or comparable ERP environment.
• Experience in coordinating migrations, application upgrades, or infrastructure renewals.
• Good understanding of testing, data migration, deployment, and stabilization steps.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical, functional, and vendor teams.
• Experience in an international context and with distributed teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in French and English.
• PMP, PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent experience considered an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One version 9 or 10 considered an important asset.
