We are looking for hygiene technicians to join our service team. In this role, you will directly contribute to the well-being of our clients by maintaining and ensuring the proper functioning of sanitation facilities.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Installing, maintaining, and removing equipment according to Citron Hygiène standards
• Maintaining sanitation facilities (containers, dispensers, diffusers, etc.)
• Performing repairs and replacements of equipment as needed
• Following daily routes and optimizing your travel
• Responding to service calls and client requests
• Managing field emergencies
• Managing inventories for some clients
• Recording work activities in the provided mobile device
• Providing daily updates to your manager
• Providing high-quality customer service
• Acting as an ambassador for the Citron Hygiène brand

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Autonomy and organizational skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
