Summary

As a team lead, your role will be to support store managers in daily operations by exercising mainly responsibilities of motivation and training among your colleagues. In addition to providing outstanding customer service by ensuring that customers are welcomed, their needs are determined and satisfied, and they are retained, you will be involved in store openings and closings.

Responsibilities

• Perform store openings and closings;
• Supervise and mobilize advisors and manage the store in the absence of managers;
• Welcome customers;
• Present current and future promotions and events to customers;
• Suggest complementary items to maximize sales;
• Perform various types of sales transactions using the point of sale (POS) system;
• Prepare online orders and ensure their delivery to customers;
• Participate in the reception, unpacking, labeling, and organization of merchandise;
• Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store;
• Lift loads weighing up to a maximum of approximately 15 kilograms;
• Perform bank deposits;
• Apply store policies and procedures;
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements and Skills

• Have reached the legal age of majority
• Be available in the evenings and on weekends
• 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Experience in a similar role, an asset
• Goal-oriented
• Communication and mobilization skills
• Sense of organization and priority management
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, and dynamism
