Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor

The Bande Inc. is looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor to contribute to the development and growth of the company. The selected person will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing and communication strategies.

Main Responsibilities

Assess the company's services, positioning, and market needs to propose marketing and communication strategies tailored to growth objectives;

Develop and implement communication and marketing plans to increase the company's visibility, strengthen its brand image, and support its business activities;

Plan, coordinate, and monitor promotional campaigns across various platforms, both digital and traditional, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets;

Write, adapt, and oversee the creation of content for various audiences, including promotional tools, presentations, newsletters, web publications, and internal and external communications;

Manage the company's digital platforms and social media networks, ensure communication consistency, and foster engagement with different audiences;

Track the results of marketing activities using performance indicators, interpret the collected data, and recommend improvement opportunities;

Conduct market trend research, competitor analysis, and audience behavior studies to support decision-making and strategy development;

Coordinate the preparation and execution of events, promotional activities, and meetings to promote the company's services and projects;

Act as a resource person for the team by sharing best practices, offering technical support, and contributing to the development of marketing and communication skills;

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project completion and perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job Requirements:

University degree in marketing, communications, administration, or a related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.

Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.

Excellent writing, project management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in digital platforms, social media, and marketing tools.

Analytical mindset, autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Conditions and Benefits

Full-time permanent position (35 hours per week).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Possibility of remote work according to the company's policy.

Summer schedule (from June 1st until Labour Day) allowing the workday to end at noon, subject to the required hours.

Collective insurance plan after three (3) months of service.
