We are currently looking for an occupational therapist who wishes to join a stimulating, collaborative, and constantly evolving work environment.

We believe in the power of a human, active, and evidence-based approach.

Your daily role

  • Assess the needs and functional capacities of the client using standardized tools and in-depth clinical observation
  • Adapt your interventions to the specific goals of each client
  • Base your practice on evidence-based data and best practices
  • Ensure rigorous record-keeping, in compliance with the Order's standards
  • Engage in continuous professional development and integrate it into your daily practice

What does your daily life look like?

  • A full-time position, with flexibility that can go up to 35 hours per week
  • A clinic open from Monday to Thursday (8 am to 9 pm) and Friday (8 am to 4 pm)
  • A schedule built in collaboration with your colleagues, based on client needs
  • The opportunity to get involved in different aspects of the clinic (quality of care, human experience, finances) according to your interests
  • The chance to conduct workplace evaluations
  • The opportunity to develop expertise (mental health, pediatrics, hand therapy, concussion)

What we offer you

  • A personalized start to your practice, based on your experience, with a salary guarantee
  • Hourly remuneration
  • An unlimited training budget
  • Structured mentorship, accompanied by experienced colleagues
  • 10 hours of internal training each year
  • A personalized development plan, tailored to your goals and interests
  • 3 weeks of vacation upon hiring

  • A collective REER, with employer contribution to the RPDB
  • Paid sick days and personal days
  • OEQ membership paid
  • Access to the organization's profit-sharing
  • Gathering moments (5 to 7, festive social activities) because pleasure and human connections are also part of overall health!

Your skills

  • You demonstrate active listening, empathy, and kindness
  • You communicate with clarity, respect, and ease in your interpersonal relationships
  • You hold a Master's degree in occupational therapy
