Your daily role

• Assess the needs and functional capacities of the client using standardized tools and in-depth clinical observation
• Adapt your interventions to the specific goals of each client
• Base your practice on evidence-based data and best practices
• Ensure rigorous record-keeping, in compliance with the Order's standards
• Engage in continuous professional development and integrate it into your daily practice

What does your daily life look like?

• A full-time position, with flexibility that can go up to 35 hours per week
• A clinic open from Monday to Thursday (8 am to 9 pm) and Friday (8 am to 4 pm)
• A schedule built in collaboration with your colleagues, based on client needs
• The opportunity to get involved in different aspects of the clinic (quality of care, human experience, finances) according to your interests
• The chance to conduct workplace evaluations
• The opportunity to develop expertise (mental health, pediatrics, hand therapy, concussion)

Your skills

• You have a solid professional judgment and a rigorous clinical reasoning
• You demonstrate active listening, empathy, and kindness
• You communicate with clarity, respect, and ease in your interpersonal relationships
• You hold a Master's degree in occupational therapy
• You are a member in good standing of the Order of Occupational Therapists of Quebec (OEQ) or on the way to becoming one
