Your daily role
- Assess the needs and functional capacities of the client using standardized tools and in-depth clinical observation
- Adapt your interventions to the specific goals of each client
- Base your practice on evidence-based data and best practices
- Ensure rigorous record-keeping, in compliance with the Order's standards
- Engage in continuous professional development and integrate it into your daily practice
What does your daily life look like?
- A full-time position, with flexibility that can go up to 35 hours per week
- A clinic open from Monday to Thursday (8 am to 9 pm) and Friday (8 am to 4 pm)
- A schedule built in collaboration with your colleagues, based on client needs
- The opportunity to get involved in different aspects of the clinic (quality of care, human experience, finances) according to your interests
- The chance to conduct workplace evaluations
- The opportunity to develop expertise (mental health, pediatrics, hand therapy, concussion)

Your skills
- You have a solid professional judgment and a rigorous clinical reasoning
- You demonstrate active listening, empathy, and kindness
- You communicate with clarity, respect, and ease in your interpersonal relationships
- You hold a Master's degree in occupational therapy
- You are a member in good standing of the Order of Occupational Therapists of Quebec (OEQ) or on the way to becoming one
