Your daily role

• Comprehensive evaluation and care of an active client base
• Close collaboration with other clinic colleagues
• Adapt your interventions to each client's specific goals
• Base your practice on evidence-based data and best practices
• Maintain rigorous record-keeping, compliant with the Order's standards
• Engage in continuous professional development and integrate it into your daily practice

What does your daily life look like?

• A full-time position, with flexibility up to 35 hours per week
• A clinic open Monday to Thursday (8 am to 9 pm) and Friday (8 am to 4 pm)
• A schedule built in collaboration with your colleagues, based on client needs
• The opportunity to get involved in various aspects of the clinic (care quality, human experience, finances) according to your interests

Your skills

• You have a solid professional judgment and a rigorous clinical reasoning
• You demonstrate active listening, empathy, and kindness
• You communicate with clarity, respect, and ease in your interpersonal relationships
• You hold a Master's degree in physiotherapy
• You are a member in good standing of the Order of Physiotherapists of Quebec (OPPQ) or on your way to becoming one
