*Responsibilities:*
- Full cycle of accounts payable: Manages invoices and verifies reconciliations
- Provides customer service to internal clients, suppliers, and consumers
- Supports monthly payment reconciliation
- Produces accounts payable lists and reconciliations, including monthly discrepancy analyses
- Performs various accounting general support tasks
- Conducts monthly general ledger account reconciliations
- Fulfills end-of-month closing responsibilities
- Prepares printing passes and check deposits and performs telegraphic transfers
- Prepares accounting entries for submission in Quantum.
- *Qualifications:*
- Must be available for the entire 4-month internship starting in September 2026.
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate accounting or finance program.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Access, Word
- Bilingual (English and French)

Intermediate English proficiency is required for aeronautical personnel to meet regulatory requirements, understand technical procedures and instructions, and document interventions performed on the aeronautical product for clients outside Quebec.
