The Engineering & Program organization is responsible for the research and development of new products as well as improvements to existing products in service for the entire range of Bombardier business jets. Join the Finance team that supports this team at the heart of the action!

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Coordinate the financial information consolidation process for the Engineering and Programs group;

o Participate in the closing activities of the financial statements.

o Prepare and consolidate financial results.

o Prepare and present monthly financial governance.

o Analyze and explain deviations vs Budget and/or Forecast.

  • Act as a Business Partner to the engineering teams;
  • Participate in FP&A; Budget / Forecast / Strategic Plan / R&O Processes;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of various improvement projects within the team;
  • Support ad-hoc requests including internal and external audits.

How will you thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent and possess a CPA designation.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • You have excellent technical and analytical skills and are proficient in synthesizing information.
  • You demonstrate rigor, leadership, and a strong team spirit.
  • You have a keen interest in process improvement.
  • You have good proficiency in Excel and Power BI (knowledge of SAP would be an asset).
  • You have strong communication skills in both French and English.
