The Production and Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the Mirabel site's production operations. They ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of manufacturing and warehouse activities to deliver products on time, in quantity, and with the expected quality.

The role is central to transforming the site into a reliable, predictable, and engaged organization, in line with the objective of sustainable improvement of OTIF in a compliant institutional environment.

Main Responsibilities

Production

  • Plan and coordinate solid dosage form manufacturing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with customer order production schedules.
  • Supervise Weighing, Mixing, Compression, and Encapsulation operations.
  • Participate in technology transfers and process validations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOP procedures.

Warehouse

  • Plan and coordinate warehouse activities:
  • + Receiving of goods
  • + Goods status
  • + GMP storage
  • + Preparation of production components
  • + Shipping of finished products
  • Manage inventory:
  • + Lot traceability
  • + FIFO / FEFO
  • + Cyclic and annual inventories
  • + Deviation control
  • Maintain environmental conditions:
  • + Temperature and humidity
  • + Secure storage zones
  • Operational Performance
  • Responsible for the performance of key indicators:
  • OTIF (On Time In Full); Production adherence; Production variances; Line and SST (LTIR) productivity
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Operational budget tracking

The incumbent must ensure stable, predictable production aligned with the production plan.

Operational Excellence

  • Deploy and maintain the Daily Management System (Tier 1 / Tier 2).
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, deviation reduction, etc.).
  • Identify and eliminate sources of operational variability.

Quality and Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Collaborate closely with Quality and CQ teams:
  • + Deviation management, investigations, and prevention of deviations
  • Ensure the development and implementation of CAPA
  • Promote a Right First Time culture.

Health and Safety

  • Ensure a safe work environment compliant with SST requirements.
  • Actively participate in field tours and prevention initiatives.
  • Promote a Zero Accident culture.
  • Interfunctional Collaboration
  • Work closely with departments:
  • Supply Chain; Quality; Maintenance; Planning, and site management to ensure alignment between planning, production, warehouse, and product release.
  • Desired Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmacy, sciences, or related field.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing production.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary operational teams.
  • Experience in warehouse management.
