We are looking to fill a position for a Supply Chain Consultant to support our dedicated team focused on continuous improvement initiatives, operational transformation, and process optimization.
In this role, you will actively contribute to improving operational efficiency by supporting users in adopting tools and best practices, participating in the implementation of new solutions, and supporting various activities related to supply chain projects.
You will act as a resource person for operational teams to ensure an effective and consistent user experience, while developing a strong understanding of the company's systems, processes, and operations.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in supply chain, continuous improvement, and operational projects, with potential for increased involvement in project coordination and improvement.
We are looking to fill a position for a Supply Chain Consultant to support our dedicated project team. Projects may involve distribution networks, logistics flows, systems, and operational processes.
In this role, you will act as a business partner to various sectors of the supply chain by conducting complex analyses, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the design of solutions to optimize operations and support business growth.
You will actively participate in various supply chain-related projects. You will be called upon to combine data analysis, operational understanding, and project management to transform data into concrete and measurable recommendations.
You will also play a key role in supporting users during the implementation of new solutions, supporting training, communication, and adoption of new processes and tools.

- Key Responsibilities:
Operations Analysis and Optimization
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to supply chain operations.
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for performance, service level, and cost improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, performance indicators, and decision support tools.
- Perform scenario analyses and formulate recommendations based on data and operational needs.
- Produce reports and presentations to support decision-making and initiative tracking.
Projects and Operational Transformation
- Act as the lead or main contributor on various aspects of supply chain-related projects.
- Participate in the definition of business needs and evaluation of potential solutions.
- Coordinate certain project activities and ensure tracking of deliverables, schedules, and risks.
- Participate in validation, implementation, and benefit measurement activities for deployed solutions.
- Produce reports, analyses, or dashboards to support decision-making and activity tracking.
Operational Support and User Guidance
- Support users in adopting systems, tools, and operational best practices.
- Provide support to operational teams and track issues or concerns related to processes and systems.
- Prepare and maintain various tools, procedures, user guides, and operational documentation.
- Provide training to users on tools, systems, and processes in place.
Consulting, Continuous Improvement, and Network Optimization
- Conduct operational diagnostics across various sectors of the organization.
- Map and analyze current processes to identify optimization opportunities.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
- Formulate recommendations based on data, field observations, and industry best practices.
- Participate in network optimization studies, logistics modeling, or capacity analysis when required.
- Contribute to the evaluation of scenarios related to distribution networks, logistics flows, and inventory strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration (operations and logistics management), industrial engineering, operations research, business analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, continuous improvement, consulting, or business analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, data visualization, and data interpretation applied to operations and supply chain.
- Experience in user support, training, or operational support.
- Experience in project management or coordination of multidisciplinary projects.
- Experience in network optimization, logistics modeling, or capacity studies.
- Strong knowledge of distribution, procurement, inventory, and transportation processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent).
- Good understanding of ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Bilingual (French and English), both orally and in writing.
- Occasional availability and possibility of traveling within our divisions in Canada and the United States, up to 5% of the time.
