Working Conditions
- Starting from $55,000 according to experience
- Full-time permanent position, in-person, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible between 8 AM and 6 PM
- 3 weeks of annual vacation, plus 5 paid personal days per year and 4 additional paid days between Christmas and New Year's Day

Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Payroll and Human Resources Technician plays a key role in the administrative management of the employee life cycle and ensures the accuracy of payroll processing.
Payroll and Employee Administration
- Perform complete payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees according to established schedules;
- Verify and validate timesheets, absences, vacations, leaves, bonuses, and overtime;
- Make payroll adjustments and follow up on necessary corrections;
- Produce employment records (RE) and follow up with government agencies;
- Validate government remittances and produce required reports;
- Participate in the preparation of end-of-year documents (T4, Government Summaries);
- Keep employee files up to date in HR and payroll systems.
Human Resources
- Perform administrative procedures related to hiring, status changes, and departures;
- Prepare welcome and integration documents for new employees;
- Follow up on administrative procedures for collective insurance and social benefits;
- Answer employee questions regarding payroll, social benefits, internal policies, and procedures;
- Follow up on absences, disabilities, leaves, and administrative files;
- Collaborate on various HR projects (training, internal communications, process improvement, etc.);
- Participate in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination);
- Perform all other related administrative tasks.
