What will you contribute to the team?

• Interpret engineering documents and conduct technical investigations, analyze facts, and develop the most cost-effective solution in a timely manner.
• Support daily production and delivery activities.
• Understand and resolve issues related to structure and systems, providing technical support by responding to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised by quality agents.
• Participate in projects that will increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve our financial performance.
• Work closely with other teams such as Systems, Stress, Thermodynamics, Materials and Processes, Propulsion, Environmental Control Systems, Logistics, Methods, Quality, and Production to achieve our business objectives.
• Participate and support the Operational Excellence system
• Participate in training and act as a mentor to Liaison apprentices.
• Ensure compliance of proposed repairs in relation to Engineering requirements and specifications.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) from a recognized university or a college diploma in the aeronautical field.
• You have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in Liaison Engineering.
• You have good knowledge of aircraft (structure and systems).
• You hold the Material Review Board (MRB) certification and have held it for at least 10 years.
• You hold the Authorized Maintenance Organization (AMO) certification.
• You are proficient in CATIA software and competent in using Microsoft Office.
• You have excellent communication skills and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
• You are available for evening and weekend work according to a rotating schedule.
• You have a good level of knowledge in both spoken and written French and English.
• You have good organizational and planning skills.
• You have good judgment and work well in a multidisciplinary team.
