Internal Sales Advisor

External Job Description

The Internal Sales Advisor ensures the processing of orders in the shortest possible time with the various clients of JELD-WEN for the St-Apollinaire production site.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify and follow up on orders
• Submit standard product proposals
• Answer questions and provide technical advice on various products and sales software
• Ensure rigorous tracking of pending files awaiting information to activate the order as quickly as possible
• Work closely with various departments to quickly respond to customer requests
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers and representatives
• Perform all other related tasks

Required Skills

• Completed College Diploma (DEC) or other related experience
• Bilingualism or advanced English (oral and written)
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in data entry and/or customer service
• Ability to work in a computer environment
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (primarily Excel)
• Experience in the manufacturing sector (an asset)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement principles (an asset)
