Advisor Agent or Advisor Agent, Member and Client Experience

Desjardins Caisse Desjardins du Centre-de-la-Mauricie is looking for an advisor agent or advisor agent, member and client experience to support its clientele. What will be your role? As an advisor agent, you will be responsible for providing a positive experience to members and clients. You welcome them, listen to them, and guide them through their financial needs, while introducing them to the cooperative values of Desjardins. You advise them on their transactions, propose tailored solutions, and promote the products, services, and digital channels. You identify business opportunities and direct them to the appropriate experts. As an ambassador of digital tools, you guide members in their use, ensure security, and oversee the smooth conduct of transactions. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Support members and clients in their operations and transactions, identifying opportunities to inform them about existing applications and technological tools, enabling them to be more autonomous in these activities.
• Contribute to business development and the maintenance of business relationships, through service delivery and activities.
• Support members and clients who have been victims of fraud or irregularities and ensure they are directed to designated partners.
• Stay informed about new developments related to standards, products, or services in your field of activity.
• Comply with compliance, security, and risk management rules.

What you will bring to the table

• High school diploma (DES)
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services related to current and convenience
• Knowledge of all Desjardins products and services for Caisse members and those offered by Desjardins Entreprises, components, distribution networks/channels, and competitors
• Knowledge of data integration into systems
• Knowledge of security measures, legal framework, and internal control
• Knowledge of the philosophy and operation of a financial services cooperative
• Knowledge of operational procedures related to convenience products and services and automated and assisted transactions
• Knowledge of service standards
• Availability for travel within the Desjardins Caisse du Centre-de-la-Mauricie service centers
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, including evenings
