• Your responsibilities as a Fish Department Assistant Manager:
• Assist the manager in store operations (purchasing, stock management, cost management, etc.) and replace them when necessary;
• Ensure the staff provides outstanding customer service;
• Advise and serve customers;
• Participate in staff management (hiring, training, evaluation, supervision, work schedule);
• Collaborate on purchases, stock management, and equipment management;
• Ensure staff compliance with product marketing standards, quality, hygiene, and cleanliness norms;
• Ensure staff compliance with health and safety norms.

Experience

• Relevant experience in the fish department;
• Management experience is an asset.
